HAIR

For all Ballet, Pre-Pointe, and Pointe classes, hair must be worn in a bun. For all other classes, hair should be secured away from the face in a ponytail.

PRE-K BALLET/TAP

Pink leotard with attached pink skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and black patent leather Mary Jane tap shoes.

BALLET, PRE-POINTE & POINTE

Grades K–8: Black leotard, black dance skirt, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers or Pre-Pointe/Pointe shoes.

Grades 9–12: Any color leotard with a black dance skirt, or a black leotard with any color dance skirt. Pink tights and pink ballet slippers or Pre-Pointe/Pointe shoes are required.

Dance sweaters are permitted. Please do not wear sweatshirts or T-shirts.

 

TAP

Grades K–8: Black leotard with black jazz pants, or black dance shorts with nude tights. Black leather tap shoes are required.

Grades 9–12: Any color leotard with black jazz pants, or black dance shorts with nude tights. Black leather Oxford tie tap shoes are required.

 

JAZZ

Grades K–8: Black leotard with black jazz pants, or black dance shorts with nude tights. Black jazz shoes are required. No dance sneakers.

Grades 9–12: Any color leotard with black jazz pants, or black dance shorts with nude tights. Black jazz shoes are required. No dance sneakers.

 

CONTEMPORARY/LYRICAL

Comfortable workout clothing with Turner lyrical shoes.

 

HIP HOP

Comfortable tops and pants that allow students to move freely and feel confident. Clean sneakers are required and must be reserved exclusively for dance class. Dance sneakers may not be worn outside the studio.
